Processing

WJS Merchants is a print on demand market place. This means we print your apparel items to order and we don’t keep any inventory.

Because of this, you may find our shipping times to be a little longer than other webshops you’ve ordered from in the past. During normal processing times, we will need 5-7 business days to prepare your order to be shipped.

There are some circumstances when your order will ship sooner, but 5-7 business days is the expected wait time. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping

We use multiple shipping services depending upon which is the best choice at the time your order is shipped. Ship times vary across the different providers and shipping demand can effect the time it takes for your order to be delivered. If you find your order to be in transit longer than a reasonable amount of time, please contact us and we will take a look at the order.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
