Returns

WJS Merchants is a print on demand shop. This means all orders are printed to order. Because of this, we keep very little inventory and cannot accept returns. However, if you have any problems with your order please contact us and we will make it right.

Refunds

Refunds will be made on a per-case basis. If the product arrives damaged or the item has a poor-quality print, a photo will be required before any refund is issued if that is what you prefer.

If you receive an apparel item in a size different than what you ordered, the correct item will be sent.

There are other situations when refunds will be issued. Because of the nature of our business, there are no strict guidelines as to when refunds will be issued. Keep in mind that we are a very small business. With that said we do our best to make you happy.

In most cases, we will send the correct item if you receive a damaged, or wrong item before issuing a refund.
